These dividend payments can affect the value of your positions held in the trading account after the market closes, based on whether your position is long or short. A net of tax dividend adjustment will be incurred, either as a payment or a charge. The dividend adjustment is represented in the form of swap.

For Long Position:
Dividend Payment = Component Dividend (weighted, per stock index contract) × Position Size in Standard Lot × Contract Size per Standard Lot Currency Multiplier

For Short Position:
Dividend Charge = Component Dividend (weighted, per stock index contract) × Position Size in Standard Lot × Contract Size per Standard Lot Currency Multiplier
